By making a payment, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms :

• Please contact us first to check availability. We will follow up via WeChat or WhatsApp. 

​​

• After confirming your shooting date, please proceed with the payment. Your booking will only be confirmed once the payment is received. Reservations are prioritized based on payment order, not inquiry order.

​​

• The shooting route may be adjusted depending on the lighting conditions of the season or month.

​​

• The meeting time is 10 minutes before the scheduled shooting time. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered canceled and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

​​

• If you are late on the day of the shoot, the session will not be extended, and the number of final images and retouched photos may be reduced.

​​

• The total shooting time includes outfit changes and transfers between locations. All movements are done on foot or by taxi (taxi fares are paid by the client).

​​

• The shooting fee does not include makeup, hairstyling, or outfit rental services.

​​

• Shooting will proceed even on rainy days unless there is a typhoon or heavy storm. The decision to cancel due to weather will be made by the photographer.

​​​​​

• If the client cancels for personal reasons, the payment will not be refunded. Cancellation fees apply as follows :

  - 60+ days before the shoot: 30% cancellation fee

  - 31–60 days before the shoot: 50% cancellation fee

  - Within 30 days of the shoot: 100% cancellation fee

• Original (unedited) photos will be delivered via cloud storage within 1–2 weeks after the shoot. Files are stored for 90 days from the shooting date and provided in JPG format only (RAW files are not provided).

• Retouched photos will be delivered via cloud storage within 60 days from the date specified by the client. Edits include color correction, skin retouching, stray hair cleanup, contour refinement, and body adjustment. All edits follow SI:SEON SNAP’s natural style — we do not accept requests for excessive reshaping or unrealistic body modifications.

• You may reschedule your shooting date once only, and only after confirming availability. The reservation is non-transferable, and no one other than the person who made the booking may attend the session.

• SI:SEON SNAP reserves the right to use photos taken during the session for SNS promotion. If you do not wish your photos to be used for promotional purposes, please inform us in advance — no additional fee is required. Without any request to the contrary, consent will be assumed.

• SI:SEON SNAP is composed of a lead photographer and dedicated photographers in each city. The assigned photographer will be clearly specified during the inquiry and upon booking confirmation.

​​

• The best results come from teamwork between the photographer and the client. Please allow ample time for the session and avoid tight schedules or fatigue on the day of the shoot.
